• Depuis 2003-Affectation en France. Spécialité: taxonomie et systématique des insectes (Névroptères, Thysanoptères).
•1982-2003- Entomologiste CIRAD en poste en Côte d'Ivoire (1982-1983), au Paraguay (1984-1992), au Brésil (1992), au Mali (1993-1999), en Thaïlande (2000-2002). Spécialité: lutte intégrée contre les ravageurs du cotonnier.
•1981-Thèse Doctorat de 3ème cycle. Université Montpellier II. Recherches expérimentales sur la pénétration des champignons pathogènes chez les insectes. Directeur de thèse A. Vey (INRA, Saint Christol-lès-Alès)
