Recherche
Je développe et évalue des méthodes computationnelles pour analyser des données de polymorphisme génétique à grande échelle.
En particulier, je développe de nouveaux outils pour rechercher des signatures de sélection dans les génomes, afin de caractériser l’architecture génétique de caractères impliqués dans l’adaptation des individus à leur environnement local.

Enseignement

  • Analyse de données en génétique des populations (Master 2, université Montpellier) entre 2011 et 2015
  • Genetic Data Analysis (Master 1, Erasmus Mundus Master Programme in Evolutionary Biology) depuis 2010
