Analysis laboratory
Dosages

As part of the research projects carried out at LEPSE, the analysis laboratory can implement and adapt various techniques for characterising plant samples based on protocols established in the laboratory or adapted from publications.

A range of analyses are carried out routinely, including biochemical analyses (sugars, starch, nitrates, proline, amino acids, organic acids, etc. using enzymology and spectrophotometry). Other analyses are also possible, such as molecular analyses (RNA extraction, cDNA retro-transcription, PCR).

Recent adaptations have also made it possible to measure various sugars such as maltose in Arabidopsis Thaliana tissues and fructans in various wheat tissues (leaf, stalk).
