For several years, the laboratory has been involved in making its work accessible to the wider public, in order to promote the protection of the environment and the scientific approaches. These actions take various forms, from giving lessons in the arena of higher education (universities, engineering schools), to activities of scientific and technical training (research schools, in-company training), to welcoming trainees, phD students and post-docs, and finally to participating in activities to raise awareness in primary schools or technical colleges (open days, On-the-road science shows, hands-on experimental workshops).
